Description:
A printed lustre Temperance jug, one side with an angel holding holding a shield proclaiming ''Intemperance is Ireland's Bane, England's Curse and Scotland's Woe'. The reverse side features a portrait of the young Queen Victoria with the dates of her birth, proclamation and coronation. A wonderful, impressive piece of history.
Circa 1838
Approx - 5.5 inches (140mm) tall.
